När en beställning har lagts online är den inte återbetalningsbar. Tillgodokvitto kan beviljas om varan inte har påbörjats tillverkningen.  Om smycket har börjat tillverkas är det inte möjligt att återbetala det. 

För att få tillgodohavande i butiken kan du mejla mig eller ringa mig så snart som möjligt.

När du har mottagit din produkt återbetalas den inte på grund av smyckets specialtillverkade och handgjorda kvalitet.

Once an order has been placed online, it is non refundable. It is possible to cancel the order and receive a store credit, if it has not started to be made. If the jewellery has started being made, then it is non-refundable.

For a store credit, you can mail me or call as soon as possible. 

Once you have received your product, due to the bespoke and handmade quality of the jewellery, it is non refundable.
